A simple blood draw is then sent off to the all-female lab where they separate the fetal DNA from the mom's to determine if the fetus is carrying the Y chromosome. The lab uses an all-female lab to prevent cross-contamination. Peekaboo Early Gender Detection test has not been validated for multi-foetal pregnancies.
