Twin Lakes offers DOT and Non-DOT Physical Examinations for $75 conducted by a qualified, licensed medical examiner.

Our providers are approved medical examiners through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners administered by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

A DOT physical is a health examination mandated by the FMCSA for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. A DOT physical helps determine if a driver is physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a CMV.

Our Physicals consist of the following: 

1. Reviewing Medical History

2. Vitals

3. Physical Examination

4. Vision Testing

5. Urinalysis
