Biological DNA Testing

FAST AND ACCURATE

When will the results be available?

  • In most cases, your test results will be available in 3 business days. Under no circumstances will we ever sacrifice the accuracy or quality of your test; therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific competition date.

At what age can testing be done?

  • Testing can be done at any age. Twin Lakes can even collect specimens while your pregnant with a quick blood draw on the mother and by collecting a buccal swab the alleged father. Be sure to check our section on Non Invasive Paternity Testing for more information.

Can the test results be used in court?

  • YES. The written results are provided in the form of a notarized report. This is a legal document that can be used as evidence, and is recognized and accepted in all U.S. courts.

How accurate are the results?

  • Twin Lakes only uses fully accredited laboratories. Our labs undergo rigorous inspections and adhere to the strictest of procedures in order to provide you with conclusive, irrefutable answers. The DNA results will either prove that the test man is 100% NOT the biological father of the child, or they will demonstrate greater than 99.9% probability that the tested man IS the biological father of the child.

  • Samples are obtained from a mouth swab and/or blood draw. Swabs and blood are a quick and reliable way to collect DNA specimens.
